As almost all gifts are sent directly to the recipient we will never automatically include any payment information with the gift package. All tax invoice and purchase information is sent to the purchaser via email only.
After your first order has been processed, simply go through the same steps again to order additional gift hampers. To minimise any risk of confusion with items and delivery addresses, each order can contain only one gift hamper. However please contact us if you have a large number of orders you would like to place and we will happily discuss ways to streamline this for you.
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards through our secure payment portal.
All of our gift packages leave our hands packaged with safety and care in mind and ready for shipping. However, occasionally there may be times when the packages get damaged or lost in transit and we ask that you contact us immediately if this occurs.
We are able to deliver Australia wide, with the exception of PO boxes. Visit our delivery page for more information including delivery time estimates and other helpful tips. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally at this stage.
If you have an amendment to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate it for you. However once the gift package has been prepared for dispatch it can no longer be amended. If you need to amend a shipping address after it has been picked up by the courier, please contact us immediately, however please be aware that a redirection fee may apply.
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee specific delivery times, as this is largely dependent on the workload of the local courier depot and delivery driver. Please refer to our delivery page for estimated shipping times and other helpful information.
Once your gift package has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email to allow you to follow your order.
